TERMS
• We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard.
• We accept school & government issued purchase orders.
• We accept checks from customers with an established open account.
• All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
• We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered and will bill accordingly.
• Returned checks will be charged $30.00 each.
• All invoices not paid within terms will be assessed a late payment charge of 1.5% per month.
• Production scheduling will not begin until credit issues are settled.

PRODUCTION TIME
• Standard production time is 10-15 working days. (Some items may require additional production time)
• Production time begins the next business day after receipt of order, credit approval
and/or artwork approval.
• Rush orders may be accommodated, please call for availability and charges.
SHIPPING
• All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of shipping date. Claims must be made directly with the carrier. • Prices do not include shipping & handling charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Shipping & handling will be added to your final invoice.

• Unless otherwise indicated, prices include one color imprint on one side in one location..
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Discounts can only be applied to our regularly priced stock items on our web page - they do not apply and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, coupons, sale, and/or specially advertised pricing.
CLAIMS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/COLLECTIONS
• All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of order.
• All orders, once entered into our system, are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without factory authorization. Upon authorization, charges will reflect the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation, with a minimum charge of 25% of the total invoice amount. A
store credit will be issued in lieu of any refund due. Unused credits will be voided after 12 months.
• Customer will be liable for all collection costs, including all attorney’s fees, cost and expenses incurred.
TRADEMARK
• By placing an order with drucky.com, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold
harmless drucky.com, it’s affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses, (including attorney’s fees), arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right
